Frances l. Wallace, JD, CPA, CPA, CA represents clients before the Internal Revenue Services, stare agencies and the United States Tax Court. She assists clients in 0btaining favorable IRS installment afreements and in removing/abating tax penalties. Frances also provides tax preparation and international clients with Canadian-US cross-border tax issues.
Frances received her training in Jamaica, the US and Canada. She received her JD from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and is an Illinois licensed attorney. She holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. (Accounting) from the University of the West Indies (Mona) and is an Illinois Licensed Certified Public Accountant and Canadian Professional Accountant.
