About the Business

South Shore Drill Team uses the performing arts to engage inner-city youth throughout the critical teenage years to mitigate the dangers of drugs, gangs and violence, and to guide members toward completing their education and becoming responsible citizens. Founded in 1980 by Executive Director Arthur Robertson, South Shore Drill Team now serves 300 young people ranging in age from 8-21. The drill team has performs at more than 100 events annually.
