C. R. Phillips Child Development Center has been educating children since 1996. Our vision is to help develop the minds of little angels with effective and efficient educational resources. As a licensed daycare center we provide a safe and healthy environment for children between the ages of 2-5 years old Monday thru Friday from 6:30 am – 6:00 pm. We have a planned curriculum, summer camp, field trips & free registration. Our curriculum consists of reading, math, science, art, music & much more. The children are also participating in extra curriculum activities such as: gym, karate, learning Japanese & sign language.

We exist to provide a safe, developmentally appropriate environment for children 6 weeks to 12 years old. Our focus is to provide a stimulating early care and education experience, which promotes each child’s social/emotional, physical and cognitive development. We are licensed by the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago. We are the newest childcare and family facility in the Roseland area.
